Aspire to Inspire

New York-based, serving clients worldwide

Studio Lourdes is a New York-based architecture and design consultancy serving clients worldwide, specializing in thoughtful, buildable spaces from concept through completion.

Through a collaborative and detail-driven approach, we create spaces that support connection, inspire possibility, and contribute to the long-term well-being and prosperity of the people who experience them. Regardless of where we enter the process, our commitment remains the same: we stay closely involved until the project is built.

We work across retail, workplace, and hospitality environments, bringing the same close, detail-driven involvement to every project regardless of scale, sector, or location.

Our expertise

01

Architect of record

We're licensed across all fifty states and Canada, and much of our work happens in the stages that come after the initial concept: permitting, consultant coordination, construction documents, and historic review.

We start by understanding the brand before we begin designing the space. We look at its language, symbols, history, and the way it wants to be experienced. From there, we translate those ideas into materials, light, circulation, and details. Whether the result is a permanent environment, a pop-up, or a brand activation, the space feels unmistakably connected to the brand.

02

Concept design

03

Multi-location programs

For projects spanning multiple locations, we develop adaptable systems that can be carried from one site to the next without losing the identity of the original design. Millwork, fixtures, finishes, layouts, and other design elements are documented with precision to respond to local codes, site conditions, and construction teams while maintaining a consistent experience across locations.

This approach allows us to scale a design thoughtfully across retail, workplace, hospitality, wellness, and other environments where consistency and adaptability need to work together.

04

Design and delivery

We stay involved in the work beyond the design itself. Depending on the project, our role can include FF&E, styling, design development, construction administration, vendor coordination, and landlord coordination.

Working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants, we help carry the design through the many decisions that shape the final space. Our focus is on keeping those decisions connected and making sure the details and intent of the design are carried through to construction.

Since working with Studio Lourdes, our expectations have been surpassed by the exceptional support provided by our project manager, Viviana. Her dedication and responsiveness were truly impressive—whether through phone, email, or text, she was always available to address our questions and provide solutions. She seamlessly supported both our General Contractor and internal team, becoming an invaluable resource we could rely on at any moment (practically had her on speed dial). Working with Studio Lourdes has been a remarkable experience, and we highly recommend their services!
Working with Studio Lourdes on our first studio project in North America was an exceptional experience. Tasked with translating our UK Studio concept and design to our existing Brooklyn showroom into a new creative space, the team delivered a process that was seamless, agile, and collaborative from start to finish.
What impressed us most was their ability to balance creativity with practicality. Every detail was carefully considered, addressed, and adapted to ensure the final design reflected our vision while fully adhering to policy, compliance, and operational requirements. Their responsiveness and flexibility throughout the project made even complex decisions feel straightforward and manageable.
The result is a beautiful, inspiring space that perfectly represents our brand and provides an outstanding environment for both our team and visitors. Studio Lourdes brought expertise, attention to detail, and genuine partnership to every stage of the project.

Malbon and Hammit
Studio Lourdes has been such a wonderful partner to work with across projects together, including recent retail openings for Malbon Golf and Hammitt. What I appreciate most about the SL team, is their ability to take an idea and elevate it through thoughtful design, while still staying true to the brand and the overall vision. They are incredibly collaborative, creative, responsive, and genuinely invested in the success of each project.
What has exceeded my expectations is how easy they make the process feel, even when working through complex design decisions, tight timelines, or evolving project needs. There is a level of care and thoughtfulness that comes through in every stage of the work. They don't just execute a vision; they listen, challenge ideas when appropriate, and bring their own creativity to the table in a way that always makes the project stronger. They are also incredibly responsive and solution-oriented, which makes a huge difference when you're managing the realities of a fast-moving project.
The biggest reason I would recommend Studio Lourdes is that they consistently find ways to make the final product better than you initially imagined. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an architecture and design team that feels like a true extension of your own team.
